Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase for a return.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to a fault on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your claim.
If your claim is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. Often, a processing time is required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you would like an exchange for the same item in this case, please email us at support@boho-shop.com and send us your item by mail (see address on the package).
Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver chose to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you have returned the item.
Shipping
To return a product, you must send it by post (see the address on the package).
OR contact our customer service team at support@boho-shop.com to receive a return label as soon as possible.
You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time to receive your exchanged product.
If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
