Refunds and Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided the above conditions are met.

 

Returns Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@boho-shop.com within 14 days of delivery.

You will receive return instructions and a return label to download and print.

👉 The return label is provided free of charge. However, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
There are no restocking fees.

Returns must be sent by mail using the provided instructions.

 

Return Availability by Country

Our return and refund policy applies to orders shipped to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and follow the conditions outlined above.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 7 days.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items within the 14-day return window, subject to product availability.

Sale Items

Sale items follow the same return and refund conditions as regular-priced items.

Gifts

If the returned item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received and approved.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

 

Shipping & Liability

Return shipping costs are not refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
